Salt Cafe Bar

Salt Cafe Bar is the Brickworks Centre's newest modern dining location. With a stunning open plan outdoor dining area, draped in greenery for a relaxed breakfast or lunch as well as a large indoor dining space the restaurant is serving up a delicious array of modernised favourites. Pop in early for a coffee by visiting their takeaway beverage window and enjoy freshly baked meals and desserts from the cabinet for an easy meal on the run. Salt Cafe Bar are perfect for functions, fully licensed and they cater externally. Now you can enjoy live music during Happy Hour from 4pm to 6pm every Friday! Quench Juice Bar has a healthy and delicious selection of award-winning juices and smoothies, sandwiches, wraps and salads, all made fresh daily. Prominently positioned inside the Ferry Rd Market, Quench is hard to miss with our fresh fruit displays, and famously tempting gelato and sorbet bar.

Torrefazione' is Italian for Coffee Roasting House. Merlo Coffee is built on a culture of hard work, fun and outstanding customer service and the team at Merlo love serving quality, flavoursome coffee. Order your favourite caffeine hit to enjoy in-store or take-away, or buy your beans of choice and appliances to make great coffee at home. Fresh coffee beans are roasted on site combining the freshest ingredients to make the finest premium blends. As a bonus, enjoy a complimentary espresso when you purchase fresh coffee beans! For a hearty and decadent breakfast, brunch or lunch, visit Pearl and Ash in Southport. Offering coffee, desserts, cocktails, wine and high quality gourmet food daily. Their adventurous food and drinks menu consists of fresh, locally sourced produce, as well as sustainable coffee.
