Salmon nourish bowls

4 salmon fillets, skin on
1 teaspoongarlic, minced
1/2 cup Orchard Ridge Asian Sesame & Soy Dressing (to marinade)
2 packs Sunrice Steamed Brown Rice
1 cup edamame beans
1/2 wombok, finely shredded
2 avocados, halved and sliced
1/2 red onion finely sliced
1/2 cup Orchard Ridge Asian Sesame & Soy Dressing (to dress salad)

Fresh limes in wedges
Black sesame seeds
Sushi Ginger
Japanese mayonnaise

  1. Prep your edamame beans by boiling for 5 minutes, draining and running under cold water. Also, add your salmon to a shallow dish to marinate in the freshly minced garlic and Asian Sesame& Soy dressing for a minimum of 5 minutes.
  2. Next, add your marinated salmon to a non-stick pan over a medium-high heat, skin down.Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until skin is crisp. Turn. Cook, covered for 4 to 5 minutes for medium oruntil cooked to your liking.
  3. Now it is time to assemble this delicious bowl of goodness. Add your rice to the base, layer with thewombok, edamame beans, avocado and onion.
  4. Add the dressing to the greens in your bowl
  5. Press the lime wedges into the black sesame seeds for that gourmet touch!
  6. Top with the lime, sushi ginger and japanese mayo
