Prep Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 20 minutes
1 Bag Tortilla Chips
1 Jar Mexican Dipping Salsa
250g Mozarella Cheese
200g Barambah Sour cream
3 Spring onions, sliced
2 punnets Sweet Cherry tomatoes, sliced
1 cup Coriander, torn
2 Limes, cut into wedges
2 Avocado, diced (optional)
1/2 cup Jalapeños, sliced

Preheat oven to 180C. Layer half the bag of tortilla chips around the edge of a pizza oven tray lined with
baking paper to create a circular wreath shape. Sprinkle half the cheese over the chips. Now add remaining chips, ready to top with fresh ingredients.

Add half the Sweet Cherry tomatoes, Spring onion, Avocado (optional), top with remaining cheese evenly and pop into the preheated oven for 8-10 mins or until melted cheese is lovely and golden.

Use a knife to loosen the base of the nachos onto a round serving board. Drizzle the Mexican salsa in sporadic areas over the wreath

Place lime wedges artistically around the perimeter filling in the gaps of the wreath. Dollop spoons of sour cream in intervals, sprinkle jalapeños and coriander with creative flair.

Now to top your wreath with the left over fresh tomatoes and spring onion for more Christmas colour pop!

Serve up this beautiful entertaining snack alongside your usual faves on Christmas Day and enjoy!
