  • Fresh Crusty Baguettes from Flour Bakery
  • Bangalow Ham Slices
  • Hoisin Sauce
  • Spring Onions cut into thin sprigs
  • Cucumber sliced into thin long pieces
  • Carrots – Shredded into fine sprigs
  • Mayonnaise from the deli
  • Fresh Chilli Finley cut (optional)
  • Fresh Coriander


Prep your veggies, then using a bread knife, slice your baguettes into 10cm lengths.

Set up a station to bring together your rolls.

Spread a nice layer of a nice layer of hoisin to the base of the baguette.

Add your layers to the base – ham, cucumber, carrots, spring onions, chilli, coriander.

Add a layer of mayo to the other half of the baguette, place it on top and pop a sandwich skewer through the middle to keep it altogether.

Serve on a big platter to the masses and wait for the praise!
