Naked Burgers

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Wagyu Beef Burgers from the Butcher
  • Iceberg Lettuce
  • 2 x Fresh Tomato
  • 1 x Jar Pickles from the deli
  • 1 x red onion
  • Sliced Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 x Jar Relish
  • 1 x Jar Mustard
 

METHOD

Add your burger patties to a med-hot grill plate. Cook for approx. 5 mins on each side.


3 minutes before you remove your pattie from the grill, add a slice of the cheese onto each so it melts nicely. Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest on some paper towel while you prep your salad.


Remove husk from the iceberg lettuce and carefully peel.


Add your cooked burger patties to the inside of the lettuce cups.


Add your sauces, sliced tomato, red onion, and pickles.


Serve and enjoy!
