INGREDIENTS

  •  1 x pack frozen puff pastry
  • 1 pack cheddar cheese - grated
  • 190g Banglow ham – sliced
  • Fresh pineapple – sliced
  • BBQ sauce
  • Deli chicken – sliced
  • Green Pesto
  • Fresh Chives
 

METHOD

Lay out your thawed puff pastry flat, cut in half. On one side, spread BBQ sauce and green pesto on the other side. We are making 2 styles today:
  1. Hawaiian – Ham, cheese and pineapple.
  2. Chicken & chives – chicken, chives and pesto.


Add your toppings as you please! All the way to the edges.


Roll up the filled pastry into a neat log.


Slice the logs into roughly 4cm segments.


Add to the tray of an air fryer set to 200 degrees Celsius. Cook for 12 mins flipping them over ¾ of the way in to cooking.


Let them cool down and add to lunchboxes as you please. You could easily make more and freeze for fuss free mornings!
