Grilled Ocean Trout with Mango Salsa

  • 2 x Ocean Trout fillets from Reef Seafood & Sushi
  • 1 Kensington pride mango, peeled and finely chopped
  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 handful mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, squeezed
  • The Standard Market Company Potato Salad to serve as a side.


Prepare your ingredients.

Season your ocean trout fillets with salt and pepper. Heat a greased pan on a medium heat.

Cook the ocean trout for 3 minutes on one side until golden then flip to the other side for another 4 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a heatproof dish.

Combine mango, onion, cucumber, mint and lime in a bowl.

Gently mix until ready to serve.


Place your cooked ocean trout on a serving plate. Add your chosen salad sides from The Standard Market Company to your dish for a nutritious summer lunch or dinner.
